CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW

I UNDERSTAND THAT UNFORESEEN CONFLICTS MAY ARISE & RESCHEDULING IS NECESSARY.  OUT OF RESPECT FOR MY TIME AND GUESTS, I ASK FOR 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR ALL RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS.

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HOUR WINDOW OF YOUR RESERVATION TIME WILL RESULT IN 50% OF THE SERVICE BOOKED.

NO-SHOWS WILL RESULT IN 100% OF SERVICE RESERVATIONS.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR RESERVED RESERVATION TIME. I VALUE MY TIME WITH YOU AND WANT THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, PLEASE GIVE ME A COURTESY CALL OR TEXT! PLEASE ANTICIPATE FOR TRAFFIC ETC.

IF YOU ARRIVE 15 MINUTES OR MORE MINUTES LATE, I MAY HAVE TO MODIFY YOUR SERVICE RESERVATION OR A POSSIBLE RESCHEDULE. THE ORIGiNAL SCHEDULED SERVICE WILL STILL BE CHARGED.
